Refund policy

At Sonali Kalyug Tarot, we ensure all products are carefully checked before dispatch.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you receive is faulty or damaged.

If you receive a faulty deck, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending an email to angels.tarot73@gmail.com with your order number, pictures of the issue, and details of the defect.
Once verified, a replacement deck will be shipped at no additional cost.
Refunds will not be issued in any other circumstance.
